The location was very close to the railwaystqtion and tramp to both only 200 meters. This was and is fantastic. From the airport Sabiha Gökcek metro you can drive directly to the hotel for nearly 6$. It takes you 1 hour and 20 minutes. Only for two times you must change: airport to ayrilikcesmesi (take the airport metro)...in the metro station take marmaray railways and go out to gülhane...That is amazing! The team was very friendly and helpful. Generaly the hotel/hostel was very clean.

Excellent location close to most major tourist attractions in Istanbul. The accommodation was very basic but provided us everything that we needed. The host was very accommodating when we found our room way too cold, and he showed us how to turn on a second heater plus gave us an extra duvet! They also let us store our luggage there for the afternoon after checking out before our evening flight. Given the fantastic location, it was very reasonably priced. I would definitely stay again!

the staff was very friendly! the shared bathrooms were super clean (and the water really hot which was really appreciated after a day walking around Istanbul in the rain.) the room was clean as well and having a sink inside was very nice, you don’t have to go to the main bathroom to brush your teeth or your hand. the location was on point.

Excellent Location, clean rooms and bathrooms. The owners (both brothers) are very very helpful. Blue mosque, Hagia Sofia, Tramway(T1), Marmaray metro station , Grand Bazar, Spice Bazar, Eminönü etc are all within walking distance and its value for money.
